- Site and access
- Municipality, site location, available geotechnical information and access for transport and erection.
- Structural design
- Project-specific verification against NSR-10 and applicable requirements. The solution is defined using site information and building loads.
- Building services
- Definition of electrical, plumbing and other required systems. The electrical scope is reviewed against applicable RETIE requirements.
- Responsibilities
- The proposal identifies design, documents, permitting tasks, construction, exclusions and client responsibilities. Warranties are set out in each project contract.
